Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging as when purchased. Opened perfume bottles are excluded from returns.
Customers must initiate the return process within three (3) days from the purchase date, and exchange requests must be made within seven (7) days from the purchase date.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please take a photo of the item and send it along with your city, address, and order number when requesting an exchange.
If the received product is completely different from what was displayed on our website, the customer will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for any expectations the customer may have about the use of the product that were not specified on the product page.
If a customer decides to return a non-defective product, a 30% discount or a minimum fee of 25 MAD will apply.
