Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide international shipping services, except for countries where Chogan brand products are not available. If you would like to place an order for a specific country, please contact our team via WhatsApp and provide details about the product weight and the shipping costs associated with international shipping companies not listed in our system.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
We recommend reviewing our return policy to understand the conditions for replacement and return. In the event of a defective product, if the return is approved, shipping costs will be calculated and refunded to the customer. However, the value of the product will not be refunded in accordance with our return policy.
